乳腺癌围手术期健康教育的效果评估与施教对策

摘　　要：目的 探讨围手术期计划性健康教育对乳腺癌手术患者减少并发症、减轻上肢功能障碍、改善日常生活活动能力的影响。方法 60例乳腺癌手术患者随机分为观察组和对照组，对照组进行常规术前术后护理．接受随机性健康指导：观察组在此基础上采用全程计划性、连续性健康教育方式。结果观察组患者在功能锻炼达标率93．3％、日常生活活动能力以及上肢水肿发生率16．7％等方面与对照组比较，差异有统计学意义（P〈0．05）。结论 应用全程计划性、连续性的健康教育、可提高乳腺癌手术患者参与患肢功能锻炼的积极性，减少并发症及患侧上肢功能障碍的发生率，有助于恢复和改善日常生活活动能力。Objective To discuss the effects of the peri-operative planned healthy education on reducing complications,lowering functional obstruction in the upper limbs and improving the active capability of daily life. Methods 60 operative patients with breast, cancer were randomly divided into control group and observed group. The former group was treated with routine peri-operative nursing and random healthy instructions. And on the basis of the above-mentioned measures, the observed group received the whole-course, planned and continuous healthy education. Results Compared the reaching-goal rate of functional exercise.active capabilities of daily life and occurrence rate of complications in the observed group with those of control group, difference showed a statistical significance（ P 〈 0.05）. Conclusion The performance of the whole-course, planned and continuous healthy education can increase the activity of the patients with breast cancer who exercise their diseased upper limbs, reduce complications, delighted the functional obstructions of diseased-side upper limbs and help the improvement of daily active capabilities.
