摘  要:采用共沉淀法合成了橄榄石型磷酸亚铁锂正极材料。利用X射线衍射,扫描电子显微镜,振实密度测定以及电化学测试等方法对该材料进行了结构表征和性能测试。结果表明:在较宽的温度范围内,都能形成单一的橄榄石型晶体结构,并具有较高的振实密度。其中,在650℃下合成的产物结构完整,表面形貌较好,粒径分布均匀,振实密度高达1.67 g/cm3。在室温及0.05 C倍率下,该材料的首次放电容量为133.6 mA.h/g,循环20次后,未见明显衰减。Olivine - type LiFePO4 cathode material was successfully synthesized by co - precipitation method. The crystal structure and the electrochemical performances were characterized and tested by XRD, SEM, tapped density and electrochemical testing methods etc.. The results showed that the single olivine - type crystal structure can be formed at a wide temperature range and the prepared LiFePO4 had relatively high tapped density. If the material was sintered at 650 ℃, the synthetic product had a complete olivine structure, uniform surface topography and better particle - size distribution. Its tapped density reached as high as 1.67 g/cm^3. The initial discharge capacity was 133.6 mA · h/g under the room temperature and 0.05 C charge - discharge rate. Furthermore, after 20 cycles, there was no obvious capacity fade.
