自制苏芪合剂联合治疗Ⅲ～Ⅳ级IgA肾病的临床疗效观察

摘　　要：目的探讨自制苏芪合剂对Ⅲ～Ⅳ级IgA肾病患者的疗效及患者T细胞功能的改善。方法28例Ⅲ～Ⅳ级IgA肾病患者随机分为两组,对照组:醋酸泼尼松一日1mg/kg,隔日晨起顿服,盐酸苯那普利一日10mg;治疗组:在上述用药的基础上加用自制苏芪合剂。8周后,观察患者缓解率、T细胞功能及不良反应。结果治疗组患者在缓解率、T细胞功能改善等方面优于对照组,且因糖皮质激素的使用而出现的不良反应少于对照组。结论苏芪合剂联合治疗Ⅲ～Ⅳ级IgA肾病疗效显著并能有效改善T细胞功能。Objective To research the effects of traditional herb medicine suqiheji combined with prednisone acetate tablets in the treatment of Ⅲ～Ⅳ stage IgA glomerulonephritis. Methods 28 cases of Ⅲ～Ⅳ stage IgA glomerulonephritis were randomly divided into two groups. All cases were administrated with prednisone acetate tablets（1.0mg/kg, qod po 8：00 Am.）, benazapril （10mg/d po）, and the cases in the observe group were added Suqiheji. The total effective ratio and the function of T cells were observed. Result The effective ratio in the observe group was significant higher than that in the control group （P〈0.05）. Compare with the control group, the function of T cells in the observe group were improved significantly. The side-effects of the prednisone acetate tablets were more obvious in the control group than those in the observe group. Conclusion Suqiheji is helpful for Ⅲ～Ⅳ stage IgA glomerulonephritis.
