摘  要:81031钢是一种含Cr10.5%左右,添加了少量的Ni和Mo,含碳量0.31%左右的成型能好,热处理后硬度很高的新型马氏体不锈钢。分析了它的合金化原理后,用其热轧板材进行了7个不同温度的淬火工艺试验,得到在1050℃加热该钢并油淬火后可以获得HRC59—61的硬度,并作出了硬度与淬火温度的关系曲线;淬火后及时进行了-15℃冷处理,其硬度增加并不明显。继而对在1050℃淬火后的试样于140~240℃热油中进行了低温回火试验,得到了硬度随回火温度变化而改变的曲线。为该钢种在民用刀具行业的应用上提供了制定其热处理工艺的依据。81031 steel is one kind of martensitic stainless steels , which contain Cr about 10.5 % , added few Ni and Mo , and contain C only 0.31% , this steel has good shape performance , and its hardness is very high after heat treatment. This article has analyzed its alloying principle , then using its hot rolling plates carried out quenching testing at 7 differ- ent temperatures, after this , heating up this steel at 1 050 ℃ and quenching it in oil , then obtaining its hardness HRC59-61 , and making the relational curve between hardness and the quenching temperature. This steel will carried on- 15 ℃ cold treatment after quenching , but its hardness increases is not obvious. Subsequently , the sample of after quenching at 1 050℃ will take the low temper testing in 140 -240 ℃ hot oil. A curve can be made which the hardness varies with the temper temperature. Consequently , all those conclusion can be a criterion to making the cutler heat treatment technical.
