对我国证券内幕交易的法律思考

摘　　要：证券内幕交易是内幕交易人员利用知悉的信息实施的违法行为。它违背了证券市场奉行的公开、公平、公正原则,破坏了证券市场的正常交易秩序,损害了公众投资者的正当利益,因此,应当成为法律规制的对象。我们可以从内幕交易的含义、我国的现状和成因等三个角度对此问题进行分析,并提出一些有益的建议。Securities inside story trade are illegal actions. Crime use familiar information to take this action. It breaches the publicity, equality, normal trade order of securities market, and the interests of public investors. Therefore, it needs the regulation of law. We could analyze it through three aspects： content of inside story trade, present condition, reason and give useful suggestion.
