从公务员申论考试看公安院校学生能力素养的提升

摘　　要：申论是国家录用公务员的考试科目之一,也是考生公认的难点。从申论考试的性质、特点分析,相关能力和素养的缺失是学生无法完成写作任务的主要原因。公安院校应注重培养学生的社会观察能力、阅读理解能力、社会实践能力、语言表达能力,使学生具备申论考试的应试能力。SOT is the acknowledged difficulty as an exam subject of civil services. According to its characteristics, we can see the main reason of fail is lack of related ability and quality. Public security academy should pay attention on students＇ social observing ability, reading and understanding ability, practice ability, and language ability.
