摘 要:目的:对海南狗牙花根茎的化学成分进行分离及结构鉴定。方法:利用各种色谱技术进行分离,根据理化性质及波谱学方法进行结构鉴定。结果:分离得到12个化合物,伏康京碱(voacangine,1),伊波加因(ibogaine,2),伊波加明(ibogamine,3),冠狗牙花碱(coronaridine,4),19-海尼山辣椒碱(19-heyneanine,5),19-表-海尼山辣椒碱(9-epi-heyneanine,6),3-羟基冠狗牙花碱(3-hydroxyl coronaridine,7),冠狗牙花羟基伪吲哚碱(coronaridine hydrox-yindolenine,8),3-(2-羰丙基)-冠狗牙花碱[3-(2-oxopropyl)coronaridine,9],老刺母碱(vobasine,10),α-香树醇(α-amyrin,11),α-香树酯醇乙酸酯(α-amyrin acetate,12)。结论:化合物1,2,6,11,12均为首次从该属植物中分离得到。Objective: To investigate the chemical constituents of the rhizome ofErvatamia hainanensis. Method: The solvent extraction and silica column chromatography were used to separate the chemical constituents, and their structures were identified by physico chemical properties and spectra analysis. Result: Twelve compounds were isolated and their structures were identified as voacangine (1), ibogaine (2), ibogamine (3), coronaridine (4), 19-heyneanine (5), 19-epi-heyneanine (6), 3-hydroxyl coronaridine (7), coronaridine hydroxyindolenine (8), 3-(2-oxopropyl) coronaridine (9), vobasine (10), α-amyrin (11), α-amyrin acetate (12). Conclusion: Compounds 1, 2, 6, 11 and 12 were first found from this plant.
