摘  要:试验以猪精液为材料通过6个配方的初步筛选,得出配方4的保存效果最好,有效存活时间为5.12d,然后在此基础上添加海藻糖、维生素B12等药物进行不同浓度的配方筛选实验。通过对精子有效存活时间、总存活时间、存活指数等项目的比较,结果表明:配方Ⅲ(3即添加海藻糖0.15g/100mL)在(17±0.1)℃恒温下保存效果最好,其数值分别为(6.25±1.13)d、13.00d、(5.17±0.33)d;其有效存活时间与配方Ⅰ、Ⅱ1、Ⅱ2、Ⅱ3、Ⅳ配方之间差异极显著(P<0.01),与配方Ⅲ1、Ⅲ2差异不显著。因此,添加海藻糖0.15g/100mL浓度的配方其常温保存效果明显好于对照组及添加维生素B12和混合添加2种药物组。This experiment was used boar semen to elementary filtrate six different diluents and we found that diluent 4 was the best group for preservation at normal temperature and the effective preservation period was 5.12 d. On the basis of this experiment, we added different concentration of trohalose and VB12 into diluent 4 to filtrate a best one. The effective survival time, total survival time and survival index of spermatozoa were observed in succedent experiment. The results clearly demonstrated that the best group was diluent Ⅲ3 which was added 0.15 g/100 mL trohalose at the temperature of (17±0.1)℃ and the results were (6.25± 1.13)d, 13.00 d, (5.17±0.33)d respectively. The effective preservation period was significant difference between group m 3 and group, Ⅱ 1, Ⅱ 2, Ⅱ 3 and Ⅳ(P 〈 0.01), and compared to group Ⅲ1 and group Ⅲ2, there were no difference. Therefore, the effect of normal temperature preservation of the group which was added 0.15 g/100 mL trohalose into diluent was superior to that of control group, VB12 group and mixture of trohalose and VB12 group.
