摘 要:试验探讨了铁与维生素A水平对小鼠胚胎存活的影响。选取21日龄昆明种小鼠,饲喂商品日粮2周,随后采用试验饲粮饲喂第11周时,进行交配。此后选有阴栓的小鼠随机分为1个对照组和9个处理组(采用2因素3水平完全随试验设计,铁添加水平为3.5、35、175mg/kg,维生素A水平为400、4000、20000IU/kg),每组分3个重复,每个重复6只。结果表明:妊娠3、6、18d,与对照组相比,35mg/kgFe+4000IU/kg维生素A组胚胎存活率分别提高了25.6%(P<0.05)、9.2%(P<0.05)、46.6%(P<0.05)。适量的铁和维生素A水平有利于胚胎的发育,高铁会降低胚胎的存活率。铁与维生素A对胚胎的存活率的影响存在互作效应(P<0.05)。This experiment was conducted to investigate the effects of various iron and vitamin A levels on embryo survival in mice. The Kunming mice, 21 days old, was fed commercial diet in the first 2 weeks and then experimental diet to the 1 lth week. They were mated and the mice with vagina plug were divided into control group and nine treatments, each of which had 3 repeat of 6 mice of per repeat (according to complete random factorial experimental, the nine treatments diets'iron was accessioned on 3.5, 35, 175 mg/kg, while vitamin A on 400, 4 000, 20 000 IU/kg, respectively). Results were showed as follows: Compared to control group, the 3, 6, 18 days' embryo survival rate of 35 mg/kg Fe+4 000 IU/kg VA was 25.6%(P 〈 0.05),9.2% (P 〈 0.05),46.6% (P 〈0.05)increase, respectively. Our data suggested the optimum iron and vitamin A levels facilitated embryo survival. However, embryo survival was decreased when the mice were given higher iron level. The embryo survival rate was significantly affected by iron and vitamin A interactions(P 〈 0.05).
