影响南江黄羊生长性状的非遗传因素分析

摘　　要：利用四川南江县北极种畜场1987—2002南江黄羊从出生到成年各年龄阶段的体重和体尺记录,对影响南江黄羊生长发育性状的非遗传因素及其之间互作效应进行最小二乘统计分析。结果表明:不同年龄阶段的南江黄羊大多数体重和体尺性状受性别、出生年份及其互作、出生年份与出生季节互作效应的影响,达到极显著(P<0.01)或显著(P<0.05)水平;受出生季节、性别和出生年份的互作效应的影响未达到显著水平(P>0.05)。这些研究为南江黄羊今后在遗传评定与遗传参数估计中设计合理的统计分析模型提供了必要的参考依据。The effect of the non-heritable factors on the growth traits of Nanjiang goat in different growth stages was analyzed. The results showed that most traits of the body weight and body measurements were influenced significantly （P 〈 0.05 or P 〈 0.01） by year of birth, sex, the interaction between year of birth and sex, and the interaction between the birth season and the birth year, while the birth season and its interaction with sex have no significant effect on most of the traits. These results provided necessary references for the design of suitable models for genetic parameter estimation and genetic evaluation in Nanjiang goat.
