摘  要:应用循环伏安法和线性扫描伏安法研究了双氯芬酸钠在多壁碳纳米管修饰电极上的电化学行为,建立了一种直接测定双氯芬酸钠的电分析方法。在0.1 mol/L HClO4溶液中,双氯芬酸钠的氧化峰电位在0.38 V(vsAg/AgCl),峰电流与浓度在2.0×10-7mol/L^7.0×10-6mol/L范围内呈线性关系,开路富集3 min后检出限为9.0×10-8mol/L。5×10-6mol/L双氯芬酸钠溶液平行测定10次的相对标准偏差(RSD)为4.5%。已用于扶他林片剂中双氯芬酸钠的测定。The voltammetric behavior of diclofenac sodium on the MWNT modified electrode was investigated by cyclic voltammetry and linear sweep voltammetry, and an electrochemical method for the direct determination of diclofenac sodium was established. In 0.1 mol/L HClO4 solution, the oxidation peak potential of diclofenac sodium is 0.38 V ( vs Ag/AgCl), and the peak current is linear with its concentration in the range of 2.0 × 10^-7 ~7.0 × 10^-6 mol/L. The detection limit is about 9.0 × 10^-8 mol/L for 3 rain accumulation. The relative standard deviation (n = 10) is 4.5% for 5.0 × 10^-6 mol/L diclofenac sodium. Diclofenac sodium in vohain tablets was determined by this method.
