摘 要:采用响应曲面法对影响灵芝多糖(Ganoderma lucidum polysaccharides,GLP)提取率的3个主要影响因素即提取温度、提取时间和液固比进行优化。利用Design Expert软件对GLP提取率的二次多项数学模型分析表明:在提取温度为89.35℃、提取时间1.47 h、液固比29.19∶1.00(体积质量比)时,GLP提取率较高,最佳提取量预测值为7.76 mg/g,与实测值基本相符。利用优化工艺参数提取GLP时,具有最大的提取率。The effects of different temperatures, time durations and the ratios of solution to solid on the extraction yields of Ganoderma lucidum polysaccharides from C, anoderma lucidum fruit body were optimized with response surface methodology. Experimental data were analyzed by solving the regression equation with Design Expert software. It was indicated that the optimum extraction parameters were temperature at 89. 35 ℃ , time duration for 1.47 h and the ratio of solution (water) to solid (fruit body powder) of 29. 19 : 1.00. Under those conditions, the predicted extraction yield of Ganoderma lucidum polysaccharides was 7.76 mg/g, which was in consistent with the measured value. It had maximal extraction yield of Ganoderma lucidum polysaccharides with optimized process parameters.
