摘　　要：我国的医疗卫生发展迅速。国与国之间的竞争是综合国力的竞争,而医院和医院之间的竞争则是综合院力的竞争。随着计算机和网络技术的迅速发展、医院管理模式的改变,以及人们对信息需求量的不断提高,电子病案将是医院病案发展的必然趋势。本文就电子病案的发展、作用、现状及发展趋势作一简要介绍。Health care in our country is quickly developing. The competition between countries is that of the comprehensive national strength, while the competition between hospitals is that of the comprehensive strength of the hospials. With the quick development of computer and network technology, the model of the hospital management has been changed. Since the requirement to information, EMR will be the necessary trend for the development of the medical record. This paper makes a brief introduction to the development, function, present condition and development trends of the Electronics Medical Record.
