贞莲明目胶囊治疗糖尿病视网膜黄斑水肿55例临床观察

摘　　要：目的:探讨胰岛素控制血糖后中药治疗糖尿病视网膜水肿的效果。方法:胰岛素控制血糖平稳后,对112例DME病人(193只眼)随机分成两组,55例口服中药制剂贞莲明目胶囊治疗;57例予羟苯磺酸钙及多种维生素治疗,3个月后分别评测效果。结果:治疗组有效率90.81%(89/98),对照组有效率65.26%(64/95);显著差异性(P<0.01)。结论:在胰岛素控制血糖后应用中药治疗DME有肯定的疗效。Objective： To evaluate the effect of traditional chinese medicine in treatment of diabetic macular edema（ DME）. Methods： 112 patients with DME were randomized into two groups,55 cases in the treatment group and 57 cases in the control group. The former used capsules（ made from nu zhen zi, hauliancao, zexie, sanqi, and so on namedly Zhen Lian Ming Mu capsule）three times per day for three monthes after blood sugar controled. The later received only insulin management and vitamines. All cases were assessed after treament three monthes respectively. Result： The effective rate was 90.81% （89/98） in the treatment group and 65.26% （64/95） in the control group.There was a significant differedce between the two groups （P 〈 0.01）. Conclusions： The resuhes demonstrate that traditional chinese medicine combined with insulin is safe and effective for the treatment of DME.
