摘  要:用测电子背散射菊池图(EBSP)OPAL附件测定了再结晶达不同阶段的无间隙钢中已再结晶晶粒的织构。除了冷加工形变晶粒外,发现有两类再结晶晶粒。平整的A类晶粒具有明锐的ND//<111>的γ纤维织构,它对冷冲性极其有利。凸起的B类晶粒含有弥散的{111}<112>和{114}<110>两种织构组分。随着退火温度升高,再结晶晶粒数增多,同时其中B类晶粒相对于A类晶粒的数量减少。Microtextures of the recrystallized grains in an interstitial free(IF) steel at different recrystallization stages have been determined by using OPAL attachment for electron backscattering Kikuchi patterns. In addition to the coldrolled deformed grains, two types of recrystallized grains have been observed, among which type A flat grains possess a sharp γ fibre texture with <111> parallel to ND which is beneficial to the cold drawability of the IF steel and type B raised grains possess a complex texture consisting of two diffuse components with the peaks at {111}<112>and {114}<110>. With the increase of the annealing temperature, the fraction of the recrystallized grains increases and the fraction of the type B grains relative to type A grains decreases and approaches a saturation value.
