摘  要:由螺型超位错组成的位错网络中,螺型超位错的分解宽度明显大于单独螺型超位错的分解宽度。各向同性线性弹性理论计算表明,这一现象是由于位错网络中,部分反相畴界相互抵消所致。随着反相畴界能的减小。Superdislocation dissociaiton in dislocaiton networks, which consist of two arrays of screw superdislocations with mutually perpendicular Burgers vectors, is much wider than it is for isolated superdislocations. Using isotropic elastic theory, the equilibrium shape of the superdislocation networks has been estimated. The results indicated that the increase in dissociation distance is a natural consequence of APB′s cancelling out each other. With decrease of APB energy, this phenomenon becomes more obvious.
