高温燃煤复合固硫剂的试验研究

摘　　要：制备了一种高温复合固硫剂,其最佳配方为:氢氧化钙为复合固硫剂的主成分,钙硫比取2.0,氧化铝、氧化铁、二氧化硅三种添加剂的用量分别为0.5%、1.0%、1.0%。复合固硫剂在1200℃下固硫率达到50%,比单一氢氧化钙提高了30%。The stud of a newly high-temperatured compound sulfur fixztion agent is discussed. It＇s component is the Ca（OH） 2, the Ca/S is 2.0 and the other three additives are A1203, F%O3,SiO3. Their dosages are 0. 5%, 1. 0%, 1.0%. The effectiveness of sulfur fixation can up to 50% when the temperature raises to 1200℃, it is 30% more higher than the situation without additives.
