摘 要:体外冲击波碎石术(extracorperealshockwavelithotripsyESWL)对胆石症病人进行治疗的过程中对肝细胞的超微结构和功能有无不可逆的损伤是值得探讨的。用电镜酶细胞化学方法结合电镜X射线显微分析法对冲击波作用后肝细胞质膜Na+-K+-ATP酶活性进行检测,结果显示:施冲击波15分钟后,肝细胞质膜Na+-K+-ATP酶的活性已见下降,45分钟降至最低,随后逐渐恢复,2个月时已完全恢复接近正常对照,与相同时程肝细胞超微结构变化对比,酶活性受损较早,恢复亦较快。实验结果支持体外冲击波碎石术在临床的应用。During cholelithiasis treatment by the extracorpreal shock wave lithotripsy,whether there are some irreversible damages on the ultrastructure and function of liver cell is worth probe.The Na + K + ATPase activity on the plasmalemma of hepatic cells after shoch wave firing was detected by electron microscopic cytochemistry method combined with electron probe X ray microanalysis technique.The results indicated that the enzyme activity on the plasmalemma of hepatic cells was decreased after shoch waver firing 15min,and it reduced to the minimum at 45min group.The enzyme activity could be restored gradually after firing and was completely restored by 2 month after shoch wave performence.Comparing with the ultrastructural changes of liver cell,the decrease of Na + K + ATPase activity appeared earlier and its restoration also earlier than the ultrastructural damage.
