摘 要:以Rhodoferax ferrireducens菌为产电微生物,构建了可进行二次循环充电的微生物燃料电池,进行了NaVO3阳极催化和钒络合物K3[VO(O2)2(OOC-COO)](KVC)阴极催化的研究.结果表明,NaVO3浓度为4mmol/L、外电阻510-时,钒化合物阳极催化最大输出电流可达0.581mA,与无任何催化剂存在的情况相比,输出电流提高0.272mA;KVC阴极催化同样能够提高电池的性能,最佳钒络合物催化浓度为25mmol/L时,最大输出电流可达0.949mA;阴阳极室中同时加入催化剂后,电池输出电流进一步提高,最大输出电流可达1.06mA.A rechargeable microbial fuel cell (MFC) was constructed with Rhodoferaxferrireducens, and catalytic efficiency of anodic catalyst NaVO3 and cathodic catalyst K3[VO(Oz)z(OOC-COO)] (KVC) were studied in the present work. The highest current output of the MFC was 0.581 mA, which was 0.272 mA higher than that of the control experiment, with the anodic catalysis with NaVO3 at the concentration of 4 mmol/L and the external resistance of 510 Ω. KVC catalyst in the cathodic compartment also improved the performance of the MFC. The highest current of 0.949 mA could be achieved at the KVC concentration of 25 mmol/L. The current of the MFC was further enhanced to 1.06 mA whilst the NaVO3 and KVC catalysts were added to the anodic and cathodic compartments, respectively.
