摘　　要：探讨日本科技期刊宏观发展与趋势,对日本科技期刊的出版模式与运行机制、法律政策环境和经济政策环境进行深入分析和研究,提出日本科技期刊发展的成功经验,以对其他国家,特别是官方语言为非英语的国家提供借鉴。This article presents discussions and assessments on the macroscopic development and trend, the operational system and publication modes of scientific journals in Japan, and carries out broad investigations mainly into the conditions of juristic and economic policies related to publications of the scientific journals. Meanwhile, based on the investigations, this work summarizes the successful experiences of the operation of scientific journals in Japan, so as to provide references for the development of scientific journals of other countries, especially those of non- English official language countries.
