摘　　要：通过对我国东南沿海部分城市的公共图书馆基于保障公民文化权利、信息获取权利以及优化配置信息资源、系统观建设信息资源体系等创新理念进行的一系列图书馆服务网络建设探索的初步梳理,展现当前我国公共图书馆建设顺应世界城市图书馆发展潮流、完善公共文化服务网络的发展趋势,并从这些实践中总结出图书馆服务网络拓展中应重视的几个问题。Based on the new ideas of right protection of citizens＇ culture and information access, optimized distribution of information resources, and systematic construction system of information resources, a series of innovative explorations of library service network are conducted in the southeastern coastal cities of our country. The paper represents the trend that Chinese public library follows the situation of global library development, submits several problems about library service network expansions from these new practices.
