摘　　要：针对公共图书馆的特点,提出公共图书馆数字资源门户系统设计应注意和遵循的主要原则。从门户主页面功能框架及用户操作流程的设计、馆外访问功能设计、资源防扩散技术的应用、资源导航与整合方式的选择、个性化服务功能的设计、馆际协作与数字资源共享服务的解决方案、系统集成等方面阐述公共图书馆数字资源门户系统功能框架的设计思路。Aiming at the characteristics of public libraries, this paper firstly brings forward the main principles that should be regarded and observed in the construction of the digital resources portal system in public libraries, and then expatiates on the design ideas of the function framework of portal system from the following aspects： designing the functional frame of portal homepage and user operation process, planning the function of accessing digital resources outside the library, applying the technology of preventing the digital resources from being diffused, choosing the way of resources navigation and resources integration, designing the function of personalized service, the solutions for the cooperation between the libraries and digital resources sharing service, and devising the system integration as well.
