摘 要:电脑刺绣机针杆机构和挑线机构是形成刺绣线迹的主要机构,这2个机构均固定在电脑刺绣机横梁之上,因此横梁振动情况对形成高质量的刺绣线迹是十分重要的。以2头电脑刺绣机横梁为研究对象,分上轴、下轴、上下轴、整机4种运转工况,实验测试了电脑刺绣机横梁垂直和水平弯曲振动,求出了横梁弯曲振动的固有频率,得出了横梁弯曲振动的位移、速度和加速度幅值,提出了改进电脑刺绣机横梁结构设计的具体途径,所得结论可用于电脑刺绣机横梁的改进设计。The needle bar and the thread take-up device are the main mechanisms to form the stitch of the embroidery in a computerized embroidery machine. Since the needle bar and the thread-taking-up mechanism are fixed to the beam of the computerized embroidery machine, the bending vibration of the beam is very important for forming high quality stitch of the embroidery. The study is directed to the beam of a computerized embroidery machine with 2 driving mechanisms. Its bending vibration test in vertical and horizontal directions has been undertaken in four running cases, i.e. , the upper axis, the lower axis, the upper and lower axis, the overall machine. The natural frequency, response amplitude of the displacement, velocity and the acceleration rate of the bending vibration of the beam have been acquired. This paper put forward a concrete way to improve the structural design of the beam of the computerized embroidery machine, and its conclusion is applicable for it.
