摘　　要：针对建设行业中现有成本管理薄弱的现状,提出了应用CICS(Computer Integrated Construction System)理论构造信息集成化管理的成本控制平台这一新思路——把建设项目视为一系列过程的系统,借助于现代信息技术与管理技术对该系统进行分析和重构,建立以任务为中心的成本计量、控制和考核系统。阐述了成本管理与其他工程管理子系统间的关系,并以深圳地铁五标段为背景,提出了CICS应用下建设项目成本控制平台的设计思路及实施方案。This article investigates the present situation of the cost control in construction industry and suggests that an integrated information cost control table should be built under CICS theory. The cost table considers the project as a whole system, anlysising and recombining the system through the information and management techonology. The authors expatiates the relationship between cost management system and other construction mangement systems to advance a new notion that establishing a construction cost control table based on CICS theory and the implementation of it.
