摘 要:为探索高温氧化物超导膜在加速腔中的应用,我们以金属银为技术衬底,在非平板型及足够大的表面积上电泳沉积YBa_2Cu_3O_(7-δ)超导膜。膜与衬底作为整体经加工和表面抛光。微波测量得到YBa_2Cu_3O_(7-δ)超导膜在77K时500MHz的表面电阻为0.6mW,35GHz的表面电阻为21.88mW,均低于同样条件下纯金属的值。文中给出YBa_2Cu_3O_(7-δ)超导膜的微结构,及其表面电阻,共振频率位移,R_s的频率关系和高场行为等微波性能。For the possible applications of high T_c oxide superconducting films to rf accelerating cavity the electrophoretic technique was applied to coat superconductor YBa_2Cu_3O_(7-δ) on a silver technical substrate. The superconducting film and the substrate taking together was machined and polished. The surface resistance of YBa_2Cu_3O_(7-δ) film at 77K is 0.6mW at 500MHz and 21.88mW at 35GHz respectively, significantly lower than that of pure metal. The microstructure of deposited YBa_2Cu_3O_(7-δ) film and rf properties of the films including surface resistance, resonant frequency shift, frequency dependence of R, and high field behavior etc were studied.
