河南省高校大学生参与课外体育活动状况及影响因素研究

摘　　要：通过对河南省高校大学生参与课外体育活动现状的调查分析,结果显示:大部分大学生愿意参与课外体育活动,大学生参与课外体育活动的动机主要是为了锻炼身体、休闲娱乐、增加交往、通过体育考试等;男大学生喜欢的运动项目有篮球、乒乓球、足球、羽毛球等;女大学生喜欢的运动项目有慢跑、羽毛球、乒乓球、健美操、跳绳等;大学生体育人口较少;校内场馆和校园空地是大学生经常体育活动的场所等。为此,应加大体育教学改革力度,提高大学生对课外体育活动的认识。塑造良好学校体育环境,提升社会体育环境。Through participates in the extracurricular sports present situation to the Henan Province university student the diagnosis, finally demonstrated： The majority of university students are willing to participate in the extracurricular sports, the university student participate in the extracurricular sports the motive mainly are in order to exercise bodily, the leisure entertainment, the increase contact, through the sports test and so on; The male university student likes the movement project has the basketball, the ping pong, the soccer, the badminton and so on, the female university student likes the movement project has jogs, the badminton, the ping pong, the body-building exercises, the rope skipping and so on; The university student sports population are few; In the school the facility and the campus open area is the university student frequently sports place and so on.. Therefore, should increase the sports educational reform dynamics, enhances outside the university student antithesis the sports understanding, the mold good school sports environment, the promotion society sports environment.
