摘　　要：本文通过对英德市高中阶段《体育与健康》的项目选修运行现状研究,分析了在选项教学过程及教学评价中遇到的问题,并针对目前评价体系不完善、师资不足等问题制定出可行的方案及措施,提倡从运动技术技能、心理健康、身体健康、体育意识与行为和社会适应等方面对学生进行评价。从而为学校体育的健康发展提供理论上的参考。This article analyzed the present situation of Yingde City＇s senior school ＂Sport and Health＂ elective movement project, and analyzed the problem which meets in the option teaching process and the teaching appraisal, and aims at the question through the analysis the problem which at present meets to formulate solves the problem plan and the measure, raises the advocate from movement aspects and so on technical skill, psychologically healthy, health, sports consciousness and behavior and social adaptation to carries on the appraisal to the student. Thus provides the theoretically reference for the school sports healthy development.
