中国荷斯坦奶牛DGAT1基因3′UTR的PCR-SSCP分析

摘　　要：采用PCR-SSCP分子标记方法对中国荷斯坦奶牛DGAT1基因3′非翻译区进行了多态性分析。结果表明:在中国荷斯坦奶牛中检测的DGAT1基因3′UTR有AA型、BB型和AB型3种基因型,其频率分别为0.2931,0.0431,0.6638;不同基因型与中国荷斯坦奶牛的乳蛋白率和乳脂率有极显著和显著的相关性(P<0.01和P<0.05),BB型产奶量均显著高于AA型和AB型(P<0.05),基因型对SCS影响不大,没有达到显著水平。The polymorphism of DGATI′s 3′UTR in Chinese Holstein was detected through PCR-SS- CP （Polyrnerase Chain Reaction-Single Strand Conformation Polyrnorphisrn）. The result showed that three genotypes AA, BB and AB of the 3′ UTR of DGAT1 gene were found and the genotype frequencies were 0. 2977, 0.0534, 0. 6489 in Chinese Holstein. There were highly significant effect between different genotypes in P% and F%（P〈0.01 or P〈0.05）, ME in BB genotypes significantly higher than that in AB and AA genotypes（P〈0.05）. No significant effect of different genotypes on their SCS （Somatic Cell Score） was found.
