摘  要:研究了8个白菜型冬油菜品种在越冬过程中叶片的超氧化物歧化酶(SOD)活性、过氧化物酶(POD)活性、游离脯氨酸含量、可溶性蛋白含量、可溶性糖含量变化及其与品种抗寒性的关系。结果表明:整个越冬期间,各品种的酶活性、可溶性物质含量的变化趋势基本一致,但变化幅度各品种之间有差异,表现为越冬率高的品种酶活性较高、可溶性物质含量较高。其中POD活性、可溶性蛋白含量、可溶性糖含量与品种抗寒性关系密切,在不同低温条件下可以作为选择抗寒性品种的指标。Superoxide dismutase (SOD) activity, peroxidase (POD) activity, soluble sugar contents, soluble protein contents, and free proline contents of 8 winter turnip rape were tested during overwin- tering period. The results indicated that changes of enzyme activity and contents of soluble substance were similar of 8 cultivars, but the degree of change was difference in cultivars. The studies showed that the enzyme activity and soluble substance contents of strong hardiness cultivars higher than weak ones. POD activity, soluble protein contents and soluble sugar contents correlated closely to cold hardiness of winter turnip rape, which could be regarded as one of the guides for selecting the cold hardiness cultivars under different low temperature.
