摘 要:采取施基肥、追肥和叶面喷肥的方法,对转基因抗虫棉的施肥技术进行了研究。结果表明:重施基肥、早施追肥、增施钾肥、叶面喷肥是转基因抗虫棉施肥技术的核心。重施基肥,增施钾肥,氮、磷、钾合理配施对转基因抗虫棉前期弱生长势的快速转化具有重要作用,干物质积累比对照提高15%~20%,皮棉增产8.4%~19.0%;追肥以初花期为宜,分别比盛蕾期和盛花期追肥增产7.1%和14.8%;叶面喷施KH2PO4及与尿素和硼肥的混合液2~3次,能明显减轻后期早衰,增产明显。The experiment of fertilizer a technique which could increased output much more fertilizer before sowing, to pplication technique was done.
