福建省高血压影响因素与中医体质分型的研究

摘　　要：目的分析福建省高血压人群的体质特点,探讨其影响因素与中医体质类型的关系,为根据中医体质预防和治疗高血压提供依据。方法采用流行病学病例对照设计,通过问卷调查,对高血压和非高血压人群进行体质分类及统计分析。结果①两组人群的体质构成比无显著性差异(P>0.05),高血压组气虚质、阳虚质、阴虚质、痰湿质、湿热质、瘀血质的构成比高于非高血压组;②高血压患者中血型A、AB、B、O所占比例与非高血压组比较具有显著性差异(P<0.001);③不同年龄、体重指数与体质类型之间存在显著相关性(P<0.001)。结论高血压患者的体质特点是气虚质、阴虚阳盛质、阴阳两虚质、痰湿质、瘀血质,符合高血压病机特点;血型对高血压发病率有一定影响;高血压影响因素对人体体质的影响是客观存在的,且有明确的规律可循,这种规律与中医基本理论相一致。Objective To provide the evidence for prevention and treatment of hypertension according to traditional Chinese medicine constitution by analyzing the constitution features of hypertension population and the relationship between its influential factors and constitution typing. Methods The constitution typing of hypertension and non-hypertension population was classified and analyzed by questionnaire and case-control design. Results （1）The constituent ratio of constitution in two groups had no significant difference （ P 〉 0. 05 ）, but that of deficinecy of vital engergy, yang asthenia, yin asthenia, phlegmatic hygrosis, humid heat and stagnated blood in hypertension group were higher than that in non-hypertension group. （2）There was significant difference in constituent ratio of blood type A, AB, B, O between hypertension and non-hypertension group （P 〈 0. 001 ）. （3）There was significant relationship among age ,body mass index and constitution typing （P 〈 0. 001 ）. Conclusions The constitution feature of hypertensive patients is deficiency of vital energy, yin asthenia and predominant yang, defi- ciency of both yin and yang, phlegmatic hygrosis and stagnated blood, according with its pathogenesis. Blood type could play a certain role in attack of hypertension. The influential factors of hypertension on constitution are objectively existed and has definite regularity coincidence with traditional Chinese medicine basic theory.
