摘　　要：该文在研究国外高校学生事务工作者专业发展历史的基础上,对我国高校学生事务管理队伍现状进行了分析,指出了高校学生事务工作者专业发展的重要性,并对高校学生事务工作者专业发展的方向及策略进行了探讨。On the basis of the study of historical specialty development of the student affairs staff in colleges and universities in the United States, this paper not only makes an analysis of the status quo of the student affairs administrative team in the institutions of higher learning in China, but also points out its importance to develop the specialty of the student affairs staff in colleges and universities. Furthermore, this paper discusses the orientation and strategy of the specialty development of the student affairs staff in college and universities.
