摘  要:主要介绍国内外干熄焦余热锅炉的发展现状,随着能源短缺和不断增长的能源需求量,指出其向系列化、大型化、高参数发展应为必然趋势。分析对比了高压自然循环锅炉与中压混合循环锅炉的热力系统投资、运行费用、发电量和系统能源利用率,计算结果表明高压自然循环干熄焦余热锅炉具有较好的经济效益和工程应用前景。The status quo of development of the Coke Dry Quenching (CDQ) waste-heat boiler at home and abroad was mainly introduced in this paper. Due to severe energy shortage and continuously-increasing energy demands, it is necessary to develop large-capacity waste-heat boilers with high operating parameters. In this paper, comparisons of the investments of thermal power system, operating costs, power generation and the efficiency of energy utilization were carried out between waste-heat boilers with high-pressure natural circulation and with medium-pressure combined circulation. The results show better economic benefits and engineering application prospects for the high-pressure natural circulation CDQ boiler.
