摘 要:通过Sol-Gel法,以(RSiO1.5)8作为载体,将纳米TiO2分散到(RSiO1.5)8网络里制得TiO2/(RSiO1.5)8纳米复合光活性粒子,并将其分散到醇酸树脂中制成含TiO2/(RSiO1.5)8的有机涂层。实验结果表明,TiO2/(RSiO1.5)8复合粒子比纯TiO2粒子拥有更强的光催化性能,含TiO2/(RSiO1.5)8复合物的有机涂层比只含有TiO2的有机涂层具有更好的抗老化性能。By means of sol-gel methods, TiO2/(RSiO1.5)8composite photoeatalyst particles were prepared at low temperature. With the composites dispersing into alkyd resin, nanocomposire organic coatings were yielded. The light absorption of the particles was recorded by UV-VIS speetrophotometer, and it shows TiO2/(RSiO1.5)8 particles have a better UV light absorption than titanium dioxide. And under UV light irradiating, the TiO2/(RSiO1.5)8/resin coatings have a more efficient photoeatalysis in degrading methylene blue. The anti-aging ability of the coatings was characterized by Surface Gloss Equipment and Scanning Electron Microscopy (SEM), and it indicates the coatings containing TiO2/(RSiO1.5)8 particles have a better anti-aging ability. The addition of (RSiO1.5)8 particles can enhance the photoeatalytie activation, and also prevent the organic matrix from degrading.
