摘 要:通过对尼龙6和UHMWPE/HDPE共混物的动态热机械分析,研究了样品厚度及目标振幅、动态力、静态力等参数的设定对测试结果的影响。结果表明样品厚度大小,目标振幅与动态力、静态力是否匹配,测试频率和升温速率是否合适都对测试结果有很大影响。Dynamic Mechanical Analysis (DMA) is a very useful method of studying the mechanical properties of polymer, but there are no hard and fast rules about the testing process. In order to obtain accurate results, PA6/UHMWPE/HDPE copolymer was prepared, and the mechanical properties were studied by DMA method. The results indicates that parameter setting and sample preparation are vital for the results of DMA experiment. It is very important to prepare samples of appropriate thickness before testing. For appointed specimen, choosing suited target amplitude and fitting force are advantaged for accurate testing results. Furthermore, static force must be greater than dynamic force; testing frequency and heating rate all not be too high.
