新编《思想道德修养与法律基础》创新与不足

摘　　要：更强的综合性、应用性和理论逻辑性成为了新编《思想道德修养与法律基础》教材编者创新性的集中追求,这样的追求使得教材具备了两大突出的创新亮点:(一)较好地处理了"道德与法律"、"个别与体系"以及"基础与提高"三大关系;(二)更贴近实际的新内容和"与时俱进"的理论品质。但作为一本普泛性教材(全国高校大一使用)也依然存在有某些重要的人生修养内容被屏蔽或忽略的不足。The editor of new-edited Ideological and Moral Cultivation and Legal Basis fully and creatively pursuits more comprehensiveness, application and theory logic which bring two prominent innovations. Firstly, it finely deals with the relationship between ＂morals and law＂, ＂individual and system＂, and ＂basis and enhancement＂; secondly, it adds new content close to reality and the theory of advancing with time. But, as a universal book （for national college freshman）, some defects, for example, the neglect of the vital life accomplishment, still exist.
