摘  要:国外的深井高压高含硫气井固井主要针对平衡稳压、防气窜、防硫化氢腐蚀等技术难题,并根据具体含硫情况充分考虑避免或减轻H2S对套管和水泥的腐蚀问题,选用抗硫和高抗硫的套管和水泥。文章重点介绍了国外高温高压高含硫气井先进的固井工艺技术、防气窜固井工艺技术、水泥浆体系及工艺和工具方面的新进展,并针对国内高含硫气井固井技术的现状提出建议。Based on the technology puzzles such as balancing voltage stabilization, gas-checking, anti-hydrogen sulfide corrosion, and considering to avoid and lighten the corrosion problem on casing and cement by H2S according to the condition on containing sulfur, the cementing technology on high sulfur and HPHT gas wells in foreign countries mainly selects the suitable sulfide resistant and high sulfide resistant casing and cement. This paper emphases on discusses the advanced cementing technology, gas-checking technology, cement system and the new development on techniques and tools of high sulfur and HPHT gas wells in foreign countries. This paper also expresses the proposal on actuality of inland cementing technology of high sulfur and HPHT gas wells.
