摘 要:气举是排水采气工艺集成技术成效最为显著的主体工艺技术之一。现有气举工艺主要应用于井深在2500m左右的出水气井,对于井深达到3000m甚至3000m以上的井其实际应用难度较大,有许多问题需要研究和解决。文中利用双温度曲线综合使用的方法改进了传统气举工艺设计,并采用新型防脱工作筒能有效防止气举阀倒扣、脱落,能够在3000m以上及地层压力高需气举阀长期作为工作阀的气举排水工艺井中应用。通过对包45井的现场试验,证明改进后的气举工艺能使水淹深井恢复生产,且有明显的增产效果。The gas lifts is one of the most important drainage gas recovery technique. The existing gas lift technology is used mostly in wet gas wells with about 2,550m depth. It is very difficult to use this technology in wells with about 3,000m depth or 3,000 m upward. Many problems need to be studied and solved. The traditional gas lift technological design has been improved by integrated use of double temperature curves. By using new type of falloff-proof working barrel, the back off and fall off of gas lift valve can be prevented effectively. And the new working barrel can be used in the gas wells with more than 3,000m deep or in gas wells which gas lift valve act as working valve by long time for high pressure reservoir. The filed test in well Bao 45 proved that drowned deep wells can be put back on production by improved gas lift technology. And the well has obvious increased productivity.
