摘  要:通过反相乳液聚合的方法合成了一种适用于海上调剖的油包水型海水基乳液聚合物。在海水中聚合物溶液浓度为3000mg/L,交联剂浓度为1000mg/L时70℃条件下静态交联时间能达到10h,交联粘度达到1000mPa·s,交联体系在海水中具有良好的增粘性和粘弹性,能满足深部调剖的要求。通过粒度分析、核磁共振等方法对该乳液聚合物的分子粒度分布、结构形态等进行分析,探讨了速溶机理。Seawater base W/O emulsion polymer was obtained successfully which was produced by inverse emulsion copolymerization. The emulsion polymer is suitable for offshore profile controlling. In seawater, when polymer concentration is 3000 mg/L, crosslinker concentration is 1000mg/L, quiescent crosslinking time can reach 10h under 70℃, and crosslinked viscosity reach 1000mPa·s. Crosslinking system has excellent thickening behavior and viscoelasticity in seawater, it can meet the requirement of deep profile controlling. Through grading analysis and NMR, the grain distribution and structure conformation of emulsion polymer were studied. At the same time, instant dissolving mechanism was discussed.
