摘 要:虽然聚合物树脂类堵漏剂的研究和开发引起了广泛关注,但其检验标准特别是耐温性的检验方法尚未完全确立。通过一种多元共聚物吸水树脂堵漏剂的高温吸水倍数和收缩率两种实验来说明吸水树脂类堵漏剂的耐温性。实验表明,其吸水倍数越大,收缩率越小;高温作用时间越长,收缩率越高。建议用高温吸水倍数和/或收缩率来衡量吸水树脂的耐温性。Although much attention has been focused on the development of water absorptivity polymeric resin for loss circulation plugging during drilling operation, the corresponding inspecting standard of temperature tolerance of this novel material hasn’t been established. Through the experiments of adsorption ability and shrinkage ratio of a 40-mesh polymeric resin adsorbent, it was found the higher the adsorption ability, the smaller the shrinkage ratio is, and the longer the drying time at high temperature, the larger the shrinkage ratios is. It is also suggested the adsorption ability and shrinkage ratio can be used to evaluate the temperature tolerance of polymeric resin adsorbent for loss circulation plugging.
