Chemical study on aerial parts of Ligusticum chuanxiong

摘　　要：目的：系统研究川芎地上部分的化学成分。方法：采用硅胶柱色谱、凝胶柱色谱、重结晶等方法分离纯化，根据理化性质和光谱分析鉴定化合物的结构。结果：从川芎地上部分分离得到8个化合物，分别为原儿茶酸（1），咖啡酸（2），东莨菪素（3），芹菜素（4），槲皮素（5），大波斯菊苷（6），山柰酚-3-O-β-D-葡萄糖苷（7）和葡萄糖（8）。结论：1～8均为从川芎的地上部分首次分到，3—8均为从川芎中首次分到。Objective： To study the chemical constituents of the aerial parts of Liusticum chuanxiong. Method： The chemical components were isolated by silica gel and Sephadex LH-20 column chromatography. Structures were elucidated on the basis of physico- chemical properities and spectral data. Result： Eight chemical constituents were isolated, and identified as protocatechuic acid （1）, caffeic acid （2）, scopoletin （3）, apigenin （4）, quercetin （5）, cosmosiin （6）, kaempferol-3-O-β-D-glucopyranosid （7） and glucose （8）. Condusion： Compounds 1-8 were obtained from the aerial parts of the plant for the first time, compounds 3-8 were obtained from the plant for the first time.
