摘 要:目的:系统研究川芎地上部分的化学成分。方法:采用硅胶柱色谱、凝胶柱色谱、重结晶等方法分离纯化,根据理化性质和光谱分析鉴定化合物的结构。结果:从川芎地上部分分离得到8个化合物,分别为原儿茶酸(1),咖啡酸(2),东莨菪素(3),芹菜素(4),槲皮素(5),大波斯菊苷(6),山柰酚-3-O-β-D-葡萄糖苷(7)和葡萄糖(8)。结论:1~8均为从川芎的地上部分首次分到,3—8均为从川芎中首次分到。Objective: To study the chemical constituents of the aerial parts of Liusticum chuanxiong. Method: The chemical components were isolated by silica gel and Sephadex LH-20 column chromatography. Structures were elucidated on the basis of physico- chemical properities and spectral data. Result: Eight chemical constituents were isolated, and identified as protocatechuic acid (1), caffeic acid (2), scopoletin (3), apigenin (4), quercetin (5), cosmosiin (6), kaempferol-3-O-β-D-glucopyranosid (7) and glucose (8). Condusion: Compounds 1-8 were obtained from the aerial parts of the plant for the first time, compounds 3-8 were obtained from the plant for the first time.
