摘  要:目的:探讨钙蛋白酶10基因(CAPN10)的单核苷酸多态性SNP-43 G/A多态与多囊卵巢综合征(PCOS)患者发病的关系。方法:采用病例对照研究方法,以聚合酶链反应-限制性片段长度多态性(PCR-RFLP)技术,对在山东省立医院生殖医学中心就诊的107例PCOS患者(PCOS组)和126例正常妇女(对照组)的CAPN10 SNP-43进行基因分型,并测定基础状态下的性激素水平及代谢指标。结果:SNP-43 G等位基因在PCOS组和对照组中的分布频率均为100%,未发现A等位基因,两组间比较差异无显著性(P>0.05)。结论:钙蛋白酶10基因SNP-43 G等位基因与多囊卵巢综合征的遗传易感性无明显相关性。Objective:To investigate the polymorphism of Calpain10 gene SNP-43 G/A in polycystic ovary syndrome (PCOS). Methods :107 PCOS patients (PCOS group) and 126 normal females (control group) from Center for Productive Medicine of Shandong Provincial Hospital were included in this case-control study, and the distribution of allele and genotype frequencies of SNP-43 in Calpain10 gene were detected with polymerase chain reaction-mstdction length polymocphism (PCR-RFLP). The baseline sex hormone and metabolic parameters were measured meantime. Results: The distribution of G allele frequency of the SNP-43 was 100% in PC, OS group and control group, and A allele was not found in both group Cornparison between two groups was not significant ( P〉 0.05). Conclusions:This study suggested that Calpain 10 gene SNP-43 may not contribute to the genetic susceptibility of PCOS.
