摘 要:为了提高聚氨酯热熔胶黏剂的力学性能,采用PBA与MDI合成PU,与环氧树脂按不同质量比例进行共聚,用红外光谱分析了PU/环氧树脂(EP)共混物之间的反应及其形态特征,发现聚合物两相间形成了互穿网络,除生成氨基甲酸酯外,还生成了PU-NHCOO-EP和恶唑酮等结构,并存在化学交联,测试了PU/环氧树脂(EP)不同质量比对其机械物理性能、剪切强度和耐温性能的影响,结果表明,环氧树脂占混合物质量的20%时其机械物理性能、剪切强度和耐温性能达到最佳。In order to improve mechanical performance of polyurethane hot - melt adhesive, PU was synthesized with PBA and MDI, and copolymerized with epoxy resin in different mass ratios. The reaction and modal modality of PU/EP were studied by FTIR. The result showed interpenetrating network polymer formed in the phase of polymers, and carbamate, PU - NHCOO - EP and structures formed in the blends, and there was a chemical cross - link. Effects of mass ratio on mechanical performance, shear strength and heat resistance were tested. The resuh showed that these performances were excellent when the content of EP was 20% ( mass ratio) of blends.
