摘　　要：　云南省思茅市在鼠疫静息58年后，于1995年6月再次发生鼠间鼠疫暴发流行。血清学（IHA）检查诊断腺鼠疫患者1例；分离到鼠疫菌37株，其中黄胸鼠29株，大足鼠1株，印鼠客蚤7株。调查分析表明：该地存在着鼠疫自然疫源地，本次鼠间鼠疫暴发流行是历史疫区家鼠鼠疫的复燃，该地家鼠密度与印鼠客蚤指数增高促成了本次动物鼠疫病的暴发流行。There was an outbeak epidemic of epizootic plague after quiescent period of 58 years in Simao city, Yunnan province in June, 1995. The results of serological and bacteriological examination showed that a case was confirmed as bubonic plague and 37 strains of Y. pestis were isolated (29 from R. fiavipectus,one from R. nitidus and 7 from X. cheopis). Analysis indicated that this area may exist plague natural focus of house rats. This is an episode of epizootic plague recurrence in the historical prevalent areas of house rats plague. The high density of house rats and high index of X. cheopis promoted the outbreak of this epizootic plague.
