摘　　要：利用GIS技术管理城市综合管网是提高城市建设效率的有效手段。本文介绍了基于MAPGIS组件,运用VC++和SQL Server进行城市综合管网信息系统的设计与实现,阐述了系统的总体结构、功能模块和数据库特点,实现了管网输入编辑、查询统计、纵横断面生成、三维显示和事故分析等功能,对于类似的GIS设计与开发实践具有一定的借鉴和参考价值。Using GIS technology to manage the urban synthesis pipeline network is an effective method to improve the efficiency of city construction. This paper introduces the design and realization of an urban synthesis pipeline network information system based on MAPGIS component, VC ＋ ＋ and SQL Server, and discusses the general structure, functional modules and database characters. It realizes these functions such as the pipeline network input edition, the in- quiry statistics, vertical cross section production, three- dimensional display and accident analysis and has certain reference value to similar GIS designs and developing practice.
