摘　　要：胰腺衍生因子(PANcreatic DERived factor,PANDER)是新发现的、由胰岛α细胞和β细胞分泌的一种分泌型细胞因子,与β细胞凋亡密切相关。本文对PANDER的分子结构、生物学功能及其作用机制和影响因素作一综述,为1型糖尿病的诊断与治疗提供新思路。PANDER （PANcreatic DERived factor, FAM3B）, a newly discovered secreted cytokine, is secreted from beth pancreatic α-cell and β-cell, and is found play some roles in β cell apoptosis. This review focuses on the molecular structure, biological function, mechanism of action and influential factors of PANDER. It will be useful to elucidate the pathogenesis in type 1 diabetes and provide a new idea in the diagnosis and treatment of type 1 diabetes.
