摘　　要：介绍了出口苏丹500kV电力变压器的设计研发和制造情况,包括基本参数、设计技术与工艺难点、解决方案等,给出了产品试验结果,现该产品在苏丹已挂网运行且运行良好,用事实证明国内变压器生产企业有能力制造出国际市场需求的500kV级及以上的变压器产品。The paper introduced the conditions of design, R＆D and production for 500 kV power transformer exported to Sudan, including basic parameter, design technology and technology difficulty and the solution etc., and gave the test results of product. Now, this product has put into operation in the Sudan, and is in good condition, which shows the production ability of domestic transformer production enterprise for producing 500 kV and the above transformer to meet the demand of international market.
