摘  要:以玫红酸、醋酸酐为原料,采用加热回流法合成了玫红酸三乙酸酯[三(4-乙酰氧基)苯基甲烷]。通过紫外、红外1、HNMR等方法定性分析产物。考察了反应时间、溶剂配比和反应物配比对产率的影响,在最佳反应条件下,玫红酸三乙酸酯的产率达54.6%。Rosolic acid reacted with acetic anhydride to synthesize rosolic acid-triacelate ester [tri (4-acetoxy) phenyl methane] under reflux condition. The product was characterized by means of UV-Vis, infrared spectroscopy and ^1HNMR (nuclear magnetic resonance). An ultraviolet-visible absorption spectroscopy way was employed to optimize the reaction conditions. Influences of reaction time, solvent proportion, and reactant ratio on the reaction were discussed in detail. The experimental results showed that yield of the product was 54. 6 % under the optimum conditions.
