摘　　要：１９８４～１９９６年收治胰石症１０例。临床症状均以上腹痛为主，伴有不同程度血糖升高。术前诊断采用Ｂ超及腹部Ｘ线平片均显示有结石病变，但对其中１例具散在性钙化点未能完全鉴别是否为胰管结石。全组经ＥＲＣＰ检查后，除１例插管失败，其余均明确诊断为胰管结石，故认为ＥＲＣＰ是诊治胰管结石的主要手段，Ｂ超及腹部Ｘ线平片是首选及基本的检查。本组除１例因肝门占位家属放弃治疗外，其余９例均作胰管切开取石，胰管空肠侧侧吻合术，手术要求取尽结石，胰管引流通畅，术后能达到预期的根治疼痛的疗效。该手术是首选的手术方式。The diagnostic and treatment of pancreatolithiasis.Jiang Yu,Zhang Shengdao.Shanghai Second Medical University,Ruijin Hospital,Shanghai 200025 The article presents restrospective analysis of ten patients with epigastric pain due to pancreatic duct stone during a 12 years period(from 1984 to 1996).Every patient underwent ultrasonography,abdominal X ray and ERCP for making pancreatic examination.Retrograde pancreatography is an important technique in diagnosis of diseases involving the pancreatic ducts,in determining therapeutic strategy,and in making a differential diagnosis of pancreatic duct stone or calcific focus.Nine patients underwent side to side pancreaticojejunostomy.This surgical treatment is very effective in releasing pain by remoring the intraductal stones and obstructions through drainage of Wirsungs duct.
