摘 要:以50目鳞片石墨(Nature Grapite,NG)为原材料,采用化学氧化法制备石墨层间化合物(Graphite Intercalation Compounds,GIC),将GIC高温膨化制备了多功能碳材料(Multifunction carbon materials,MCM),指出了MCM在多种工业领域的应用。利用紫外光谱仪对乙酸分子插入石墨层间进行了确认,X-衍射光谱仪对NG、GIC和MCM的晶型进行了分析,扫描电镜表征了NG、GIC和MCM的形貌。50 mesh flake graphite was used as raw materials to prepare graphite intercalation compounds(GIC) by chemistry oxidation intercalation, And the GIC was expanded at higher temperature to prepare the multifunction carbon materials (MCM), The application of MCM in many industries was also indicated in this paper, UV-265 was applied to confirm acetic acid molecules in the graphite layers. XRD patterns were used to analyze the crystalline system of nature graphite(NG), GIC and MCM The images of NG, GIC and MCM were characterized by SEM.
